Cam Requests

We were just curious if there's a setting when camming, that people have to request to be able to see it, rather than anyone being able to see?

Sorry if this is obvious, we haven't used the cams before

As far as I know there isn't. When you cam in a room everyone can see.

But you can block profiles in chat too, I believe this stops them having the ability to view you (could be way off though). HHx

When you put your own cam on, it puts a camera icon next to your username. If any other users want to view your cam they have to click the icon.

Yes, fundamentally if blocked you are not able to see the person who has blocked you's cam. Also means you can't see anything blocked person/s types in room and vice-versa I believe.

This is not an exact science because of a rather annoying mismatch between number of blocks active between main site and chatroom site.

I think there the option that allows only people who are camming to view you, also. Can't remember how to set it though.
