Thinking of loosing our cam cherry on Friday evening, thing is we are both technophobes! Will be using laptop and tethering through mobile as we will be away, could this cause an issue?

Shouldn't do, long as you have a decent data allowance and have good signal strength where ever it is your going.

Should be ok, we manage to watch Netflix while tethering so hopefully all good.
