if i brouse members close to me and see people online then search through the rooms nobody is there. im wondering if there is a distance restriction in the rooms so as you cant see cams of people nearby

There's definitely no distance restriction on what cams you can see in the chat rooms. If a couple are both online at the same time, in the same chat room, they can see each other's cam, even if they are physically sitting in the same room as each other. As Nylon says, the people you're talking about are probably online but not in chat, or in chat but not broadcasting their cam. |

Can you clarify what you mean by "see"?
They're in chat, have their cam on, but you can't view it?
They're online, but you can't find them in the chat rooms?
Are these profiles showing the speech bubble to indicate that they ARE in chat? |
