cam not working even when updated the drives

I have just updated windows 10, on a new acer E15 laptop, new Adobe flash, google crome and windows edge, and still not able to get cam to work.

there is a message in the Your cam box which say you can view cams just click the icon but nothing to open my cam HELP

Can you use the webcam normally, just to take pictures, Skype etc?

there are other suggestions in the feedback, none have worked for me...and my only option is to use firefox browser...quite annoying.

Same for me too, my cam works in other like Skype, just not on here.

Hi everyone

I found one time that if your sound is disabled, particularly the microphone that flash would refuse to start the cam.

Make sure you have a default microphone plugged in.

We had the same problem so logged in with ie instead of google and the cam now works.
