my cam works on other sites, skype etc but not on here. help!!!

same here, all I get is some random message in the cam view pane about the new cam software

Unfortunate that you're getting random messages, that sounds more like a malware issue. If you using Chrome and getting the "HTML5 cams (v002)" message there would probably be a fix.

Very easy fix, use internet explorer instead of chrome, edge, etc

Hi Rainman, any ideas how fix to or what the fix would be?, its only started happnimg since the new cam was launched and I don't appear to have the option to use old cam.
