Can't get in chat

upgraded today and tried getting in chat and all we see are two plugs smashing together lol got latest flash player installed so what next??

Delete temp internet files, reboot

Or try another browser

Or try new chat

Got in new chat but cant see any cams when they are clicked on

what browser are you using;

mozilla firefox. our cam works but cant view others.

Why wont the chat work on our pc/browser? we have tried all the above suggestions and its still not able to view cams
