I think requests for help or bug reports would be correct in the Site Help forum, whereas ideas and suggestions for improvements would be, as you suggest, more appropriate in the Site Feedback forum. |

I can't comment on differences between old & new mac, but it seems to be a known mac/safari problem. Common advice is to try Google Chrome. |
