Flashing cams (not in a good way!)

Hi guys

Bit of a boring question, but if anyone could help I'd be massively grateful.

The last few days, when I look at cams, they flash all the time. It looks like someone is taking photos using a flash in the room the person is in.

It's not that though. It's annoying and it's affecting my, ahem, "enjoyment" of the cams!

I use Chrome and have it set so I need to click +CTRL to run the cam.

Any help gratefully received.
