whys my can not starting

not been in chat for a while ,, but my cam always just started when i went in to chat ,, now all i have is a message about flash ,, is that something i need to install on my laptop??

Have you tried both the options they provide to try and start it? The main one never works for me but the lower link does.

Done browsers ( or updates of browsers don't support flash .

You may have to download a flash player add on or plug in.

Google chrome has stopped updates so if you're using it to view cams it won't work nightmare I know.I use a older browser
