I just answered on your other thread:-
If you're on the desktop/laptop version of the site, there is a white box in the top-right corner of the chat room screen, with a link saying "click here to show your cam". When you click it, there's a pop-up asking you to allow Fab to use your cam. Click "allow" and you're away.
If you're on the fone/tablet version of the site, you need to download Puffin Browser and allow Flash. Then open Puffin, and find Fab through that browser.
