I'm on EE my friend has an older windows phone and his works spot on. Been through all my settings and tried allsorts.

I've had a few Windows Phones and wouldn't swap to another OS. Had a brief flirtation with Android but not impressed. And I have no problem viewing cams on WP.

Mine's a 640 LTE and mine worked with chat when I tried it.

I don't think much to phones with win os on but much prefer it to android or apple.
