type ipad in the Search forum subjects, alot of threads in there, sorry i cant make head no tail of it cause i dont use ipad but it might help lol

Because Apple doesn't support Flash.

You can try downloading Puffin browser. This will allow you to watch other cams, but there is no software that will let you broadcast yourown.
