Right click on the area where your cam should be and click on settings. In the resulting box make sure that you allow access to your webcam, and make sure that the correct webcam is selected. |

on my hp pavillion I have to click on the 'webcam not working option' and then its asks for webcam access once in the webcam window and then my mozilla firefox asks for access and it comes on once I have allowed both! |
