Wrongly Banned from Chat

I was wrongly banned from chat this morning as a moderator claimed they heard or saw my child whilst I was on cam. My child wasn't even in the same room as me plus the volume on my laptop was muted.
I have tried to contact the moderators/admin approx. 15 times today and not got a reply.
I understand the need to protect children and I fully support that, however to be penalised for something that I haven't even done is just wrong. I have only been on cam for the last 2-3 days so why would I run the risk of losing this?
I am a responsible caring,loving parent who wouldn't dare let my child anywhere near anything like this and I feel insulted for the way I have been treated. |

hi , these things happen occasionally , might it be a case that you were not aware your microphone was broadcasting? I think the mic runs automatically when you switch on the cam , the fact you had your laptop volume muted wouldnt make any difference to the clarity of sound heard by anyone viewing your cam . |

no because I made sure the sound was off. Plus the fact my child was in his room, I was in the living room and my child was silent. thank you for quick reply though |
