To the left of your own cam is a little cross (the close button). To the left of that is the minimise/maximise button.
Or try F11 - that removes the toolbars etc, and so increases the size of the Chatroom x |

There are two ways to achieve this. I suggest the second one.
After you have clicked large cams a tab opens with is the chat room with a black screen and a list of the chat rooms on the right had side.
When you click on rooms it appears in the black window, but is quite small.
As others have mentioned at at the top of the small chat box that has appeared there are two small buttons at the top right the right one is a X and the left one a square. If you press the square it will maximise the window. The disadvantage of this method is that if you go to another chat room and come back, you have to do this again.
Alternatively you can make the window large by grabbing it at the bottom right or the top left and stretching it to be as large as you want, this way you can flip between the rooms and it will keep the same size.
