Just a suggestion that more chat mods are needed so there's more coverage over the day also I know you ask them to split up and not sit in the same room as each other but we still have 2 or 3 sitting in general all morning when the other rooms could do with some cover . Other than that I'm all for the mod volunteers .xxx .
