Can't turn down cam volume

Have noticed it's impossible to mute other people's cams if they have there microphone on .

Even though my phone volume is as low as it will go or on silent.

Try this, clear the cookies for the browser as that sounds unusual and check your apps within the play/app store in case any require updates

Or turn the device off and on might be just an issue with the device
