Nah. Someone says something highly offensive, starts a fight then hides the evidence by editing and removing what they said.

Would also potentially disrupt the flow of "conversation"

I was thinking more being able to edit spelling mistakes out. Can delete a post within a time limit, could do the same with editing 🤷🏼‍♂️
