Ban from chatroom

I had a ban from a chatroom, I feel I know why and I own up to my mistake, however I haven't been communicated with for how long, I know depending on admins schedules it can take a while to respond to "contact us".

I was wondering how long I can be waiting to find out when my ban if lifted.
