Sometimes I have it where I know people are on cam as others are talking in the room but I can't see a cam icon to click on for them? Anyone else had this or know why? |

Check your browser settings if you have given permission to use audio and video then on here accept the permission for the site to use
You could try clearing your cookies for the site it'll reset fab permission then accept when you go to the chat rooms |

I saw the other day,from the main chat 1st screen before you click view cams.
The help option there takes you to android & I phone help.
Only problem is android says download latest have or whatever plug in it uses (,not have but can't remember the name)the site it takes you to says,this plugin support stopped in 2020 eh |

Same issue here at the moment. Using a fairly new PC with fresh W11 installation.
Everything was working great for a few weeks, then suddenly stopped, now I get the 'check or unblock camera' message again. This also happened on my old PC running Win10. Worked great for ages then abruptly stopped and nothing I could do made it work again.Same actual webcam FWIW.
Camera itself works fine on other apps and websites.Tried using a 3rd party camera managment app, makes no difference.
Permissions etc are all as they should be.
I'm assuming its some kind of network issue? Very frustrating as the cam chat rooms are the bit of the site I tend to use most. |

Try using a different browser something like firework just for the site I had similar issues which lasted several months with chrome last year and it worked fine with Firefox |

I've seen they are trying out new software for cams.currantly it's bets (or whatever they call it for site supporters)I think a lot of the problem is,the old software they used.is not supported anymore.theres help before you click large cams & when you get to update page.it just says there.no longer supported.roll on the new software  fingers crossed |
