Chat error message..

Hi I was using chat yesterday and then got disconnected and since then when I try and enter I get the error message 'You're not currently ok to chat.' Does anyone know why this is or how I fix it? Tia xo

Could be a chat room ban might pass after a cool down period

It sounds like a chat ban, if it doesn't clear after the time that a mail mentioned then you can ask Admin from the contact link to review for you

Oh I didn't receive a message to say I was banned or why.. very odd I don't think I did anything wrong lol but oh well. Thanks for the replies x
