chat stopped working

Chat has suddenly stopped working for us - tried both IE and Chrome, tried downloading latest Flash. Still isn't working. Anyone else had this or got any ideas?

only think I can think of of to try is totally uninstall flash player. Reboot the PC. Install flash player again. Try again. If it does work with Chrome or IE try Firefox.

Well got it working again for a while by downloading Firefox. But now it's stopped working again in all 3 browsers I have installed (IE9, Firefox and Chrome). What the feck is going on? Is anyone else having problems? ironically, it works fine on my iPad via Puffin!!!

And... a certain other website flash chat works absolutely fine!!
