I don't think the ability to share your cam in private exists within the chatrooms at present.

Wait until the person you want to cam to cam with is in chat, pm them to click your cam as soon as its on then exit the room but don't enter another room (Screen goes black)

Only the person/people who clicked on your cam can see you, But you will have to go to a room every now an then and type before you get timed out

I think the cam2cam option on Kik has gone. Has to be Skype, WhatsApp or another messaging app.
