Any idea what the problem is with old chat and why? It has been getting worse by the day. Today it has done nothing but lag and kick chatters out over and over. Can this be solved or is this the way of userplane chat now? |

userplane is a law unto itself. Other than giving them a nudge, there's not much admin can do unfortunately |
