Has anyone else had this problem. The ban came up when I wasn't even in the chat rooms and it's now not expiring. I have no idea what it was for.
Has anyone else had this problem and how was it revolved. Admin do not reply.
I pay my subscription and can't use the service.
You can get a ban at any time, if you wasn't in chat at the time it will be for something you typed in chat when you were and it was reported.
The mail will tell you when it will expire
