Mobile can broadcast not working?

I’m on iPhone 12mini but there is no option to broadcast cam? I’m a site supporter and just stumped… has it been removed is my phone. It compatible or at I just being a blind plum? Lol

Cam doesn’t work for me on Safari so I downloaded another browser (SavySoda private browser) and that seems to work fine with the cam.
