If someone blocks you or them its not a complete block. I cannot confirm position re chatrooms or cam but in general blocks there is a fault with the site I have raised a lot of times and never addressed.
Example if you block say Miss or Mr x they cannot see you however if you go to basic search and to make it simple Miss and Mr ex are same age and area say approx 20 mile radius you fill in appropriate bits on basic search you will get a list of profiles unless they have deleted account you will see their name and profile pic and if i recall status.
