Cameras not loading

Hi all... since I got a new phone NONE of the cams in chat will load. I get a preview then it shows the " No Remote Video Available " message and greys the screen.
This happens on every cam in every room. Any suggestions, using a Samsung A13 phone.

I've not been able to access my webcam on PC for over a month now, doesn't matter what browser I use. ManyCam works fine, permissions are all set correctly, I've tried tweaking around with the firewall, deinstalling and reinstalling browsers, drivers etc but no joy. I've basically given up now. |

I can see all the cams but cam isn’t coming up on any sites been like this for 2 weeks and my membership is about to run out wondering if it’s that as don’t want to Renew Ada lot of fakes on this site

I'm not renewing either. I messaged asmin and they said the answer is in the forum so they have nothing more to say. The answer isn't in the forum, and loads of people will be stopping their subscription if they don't start to help. |

I have Samsung A 22 Been having the same problem for a number of weeks Posted numerous times on the forum but nobody comes back with any answers. I've used 4 different browsers and a updates are installed . Not much point in renewing membership without the cams working |

It does seem to be Samsungs. Has everyone done any updates that our needed? Changed browser? Updated their browser?
Although I didn't have an issue with my phone ( which is Samsung ) a chat mod did, she updated her browser ( chrome ) and it worked for her |

It is possible to test webrtc support ( which I believe is tech used for cam content) on your phone at test.webrtc.org
Older Samsung devices did have issues with support for h.264 encoding, and the solution at that time was only to enable vp8. Using those terms you might find the related discussions on the web.

Just got a new Samsung yesterday, cams worked briefly, then I updated everything. I have the latest updates as of yesterday, and cams stopped working.
Tech details below:
Samsung A32 5G
One UI version 3.1
Android version 11
Android security patch level: 1 Aug 2021
Browsers:
Samsung browser v15.0.2.47
Chrome v93.0.4577.82 |

Hi, I have the same problem. New phone I am using is Samsung A22, tried different browsers still nothing. It only worked during first couple of weeks. Please help? |
