Does anyone know why I can view the cam rooms on my Samsung phone anymore? Just says video not available

My S10 plus is fine

I can watch and cam with it

I use Google chrome now as I was having trouble with Samsung Internet ages ago on fab

I've got the same problem just keeps saying no video available even though I've spoken to these people who assure me their cam is on at the time. I've tried different browsers but same thing???? Can anyone help x
