Now that flash player is being phased out(no longer being updated on any device) and all sites are moving over to html5 player, will fab be changing the video in chat.
It seems a bit odd to keep supporting a video player that is in its last days |

Adding a little more information from the previous post, I understand that from Android 4.1 flash won't be supported by Adobe. So it seems Android users who are running Jelly Bean are in the same boat as iPhone users.
Is there a plan in place for the ultimate demise of Flash on mobile devices, and the inevitable backlash Admin will get on the forums once it is phased out.
I am asking with regards to the Chat room video

From one of several previous threads:
"is there any plans ro switch the chatrooms over to html 5 ?
Although HTML5 allows video, HTML5 can't (yet) access the cam on your device. So no one would be able to broadcast their cam. This is a problem.
We are looking into ways of enabling those with iphones/ipads to participate but it won't happen overnight.

You can run flash in Android 4.1 Jelly Bean - I've used Dolphin browser and downloaded Flash directly from Adobe rather than through Google Play. It can be a bit unstable but works most of the time |
