Can only see a number of users cams

When I enter into a chat room I can only access a few users cams not everyone in the room why is that?

I'm having this problem also. Keep having to go back in and out to refresh

When entering a room first select cams. This will bring everyone on cam up to the top. If they are on cam or you can't see the cam this means you've been blocked.
