Says that my cam is blocked or turned off, how do I sort this problem please

I have a message that says "your browser is not supported" Click here for advice.

When you do click, there is a coders note that says "insert advice here"

Its been this way for weeks, so perhaps its not advice the the site management need inserting.

On iPhone, I discovered if I login through safari it works, but not if I login through chrome app
