Despite everything working OK on my mobile device, today, when I try to view cams, I get the initial image and then it fades away. I've clicked the "tap ok" feature but to no avail and also tried different browsers.
Has Admin or any fellow members any solutions please? |

Any updates on the audio issues ?
When you dock more then one cam you lose the audio from cams that have them, Its been happening most days for a few weeks now also the issue with a cam randomly changing to another user for a second or two still happens. |

Similar but subtly different issue here.
I am on a laptop (Win10 with Chrome browser). I can open cam's just fine, but after about 8 seconds they freeze. Same for 1 cam, or docked cams. But it is intermittent (was working yesterday around 5pm UK time), but not last night or this evening. And i have the same issue where you lose audio when you dock cams. |

Cam was working fine yesterday but today it's not. Cam box says it must be blocked but cam symbol says "this page is accessing your camera" I haven't changed anything since yesterday.
I can view cams and message still.
Any thoughts? |

Hello - I have been experiencing the same issues with cams not loading and showing spinning wheel. Can this be resolved? Thanks. |

No problems here on chrome or firefox. We do get an initial image which fades for a couple of seconds but then reappears. We also see an option to restart the video if it stops. |

I have the same issue. Opera, Windows 10, the initial cam shows a still shot of the person's webcam, a spinning progress overlay icon, but then after a few seconds I get the message "no remote video available". |
