Fake profile using my pictures

A fake profile appeared using my pictures, I reported it yesterday and it reappeared today as a photo verified account...how in the name of fk that was allowed is beyond me.

I have sent 2 messages to the site owners..is there anyway of actually getting to chat to anyone is charge or get anyone to do anything?
