I'm having this same issue unable to receive any sound in the chat rooms I'm using a mobile phone I'm able to receive sound via other means away from this site please assist and thanks in advance  |

I'm misunderstanding what you exactly mean.
Are you trying to say that sound isn't available on mobile phones for chat rooms |

Yes that is what i am saying. You need full flash for sound so the only way to hear sound would be to use something like puffin to emulate it. |

I'm no technician but re sound for chat rooms from a laptop
Have you checked that the mic settings are set up correctly or try a diagnostics should have a feature for this on your laptop hope my information helps x |
