Yaw, another Forum suggestion, but maybe a first?

What about scrapping the current style in favour of a modern PhP based forum.

The use of quotation boxes, bold, italic underlined type etc and possibly the ability to add a picture (but not necessarily pornographic) and the ability to post proper links would be nice.

Has this ever been considered?
