Northern room pretty much is a yorkshire/lancs room with a spattering of people from elsewhere who regularly come in. Its a good idea but probably not feasible. |

Yorkshire in the Midlands!! what a load of cobblers but according to those geographical experts at Fab it's in the North East, North West and East Midlands depending on which part of the county your looking at. |

have to agree that the regions do need looking at by admin, after all Bradford is listed as being in the northwest, whilst Huddersfield is in the Northeast
Last time i looked at a map, Huddersfiled is further west than Bradford
I think it would be better if regions were broken down into counties, but am assuming this is not donw as it would make the database to large |

We are on the cusp, betwixt Fabs definition of North West & North East and plumped for the North West option as we personally find it encapsulates a far more accessible region in terms of travel. We have,however, been a little 'border promiscuous' in that we often change our postcode to be included in the North East. Its a tricky situation Fabs to determine the borders but with a little research you can more often than not come to a decision as to which offers the best options for you personally. |

there have been many posts on the subject of the messed up regions and chat rooms ect . admin tend to ignore them or post the standard reply of use advanced search by post code . these don't work either |

At the moment, it's still 'Northern Swingers Chatroom', and predominantly used by North East and North West chatters. Not everyone uses the chatrooms to try to arrange meets - I like to enjoy having a banter and a laugh with people from all over the region. If there comes a day when "northern" chat is regularly getting full, then yes, I guess Admin will have to divide it into North East and North West. (Which will give me a problem, as I live smack dab in the middle, and like to chat with ALL my friends at the same time.)
Until then, why not use the browse and search facilities to find people who live close to you, and leave the chatrooms to those who like to be friendly to everyone, regardless of their location  |

the browse and search are next to useless even by post code . the search has no idea of distance or location . |

the chat room are too big of area, they should think about taking to countys. because if you take yorkshire they are in the northern and midlands, and if you look for meeting it is mixed in at lest three areas. |
