I’m looking to go camping solo in Norfolk this April. Any suggestions? I love the coast and would need cycle and running routes away from cars if possible.

Lovely site with great wetrooms. Be aware that the North Norfolk coast path is mostly not open to cycling and the A149 coast road is pretty narrow and busy. There is a cycle route but it's further inland.
