Hi. In the past I've had two T25 and a t4, but what with vw scene tax I can't afford another. I'm looking for something just myself and (hopefully) a female a can sleep in comfortably that's cheap to buy and run

How about a Citroen/Peugeot berlingo multi space, take out seats and buy a bed kit or even a bumble camper conversion?

Il 2nd that!

Vivaros/traffic/primastar all same vehicle.

Better allround than an overpriced and overrated VW

Plenty on ebay, gumtree or facebook selling sites, they come in different heights and lengths so consider before buying,i buy the long wheelbase low roof as i fit a bathroom with toilet in.the low roof means u can go under barriers in carparks ect and if u dont do much on the outside u can sleep anywhere,on streets.carparks, ect without anyone knowing ur in the van

The early Vivaro/traffics had week gearbox’s

After 2007/8 they had better/stronger gearbox fitted.

Merc Vito/sprinter for reliability

I got a transit that I'm converting, but I know people who have converted estate cars I suppose it's how much comfort & room you want really.

Which estate cars have you seen converted into a camper? Was thinking of buying a toyota previa camper from Bumble campers!

WE own a Gran Voyager stow and go. Seats go into the floor and gives you a choice of combinations.
