. What about the new transits have they still got the wet belts or have Ford gone back to chain ? I’m not a fan of the wet belts

I have 2019 low mileage Custom. Definitely get the wet belt done sooner rather than later. Mine was just starting to wear. Luckily no fibres in the oil pick up pipe. Wet belt very poor engineering.

Don't get the wetbelt engine 2.0 anything under 2016 is a timming chain. Better engine.
