Where do you all go in the winter months in your campers / motorhomes ? .
Does any one know of any all year round campsites that we could arrange a Fab camping weekend ? .
Just because it’s winter the camping fun doesn’t have to stop ? . |

Nowhere in campervans or motorhomes but I get out on my motorbike and camp in my hammocks, tree tent or using a tarp and bivvy all year round. Location wise is have a small bit of woodland and occasionally permitted use of an other section of woods in Berkshire. |

I use the van all winter and camping right through the year as well winter months are my favourite as I have a tipi with a woodburner so it's lovely and warm.
This winter will see a new adventure of living in a static caravan in a forest in the Highlands while building 10 camping pods and a few tree houses with the possibility of staying on to run the site. |

I usually wild camp in the Winter but did camp one new cutest at Red Squirrel camp site in Glencoe. Had to break the ice to use the toilet and showers were not working, but the owner still came round and asked for money |

Our van works very well off grid so we use it all winter to visit clubs like CJs & Chameleons stopping over in their car parks or we have city breaks using the Park4Night app
Even weekends in Blackpool using the P4N app again to visit the clubs there x |

It’s something I’d love to do more of.
Much as I love camping in the warmer months, I’m a lover of autumn and winter. Just because it’s a quieter, wilder time of year and the light is much more interesting.
Time is very tight and I need a new van. Would love to join like-minded folks sometime, though . |

We have had enough of the weather here in north Norfolk so from Christmas onwards we are in the motorhome touring Spain. Love meeting other couples on route. Hopefully 2024 we will be touring much of the UK |
