If you rent out through the park, use their cleaners ect you will just about break even if you rent out every week (minus say 4 for yourself) using an independent cleaner and renting out as much as you can yourself is the best way.
You will never make a fortune but will get the odd free week away. Owners passes make prices of stuff semi reasonable  |
