Hello, Check for spongy floor near the door and sink areas the plywood separates from the polystyrene insulation you can buy a repair kit with wooden dowels and glue around £50

Derby/Notts(Long Eaton)

Check around and below any windows for spongy wall boards. Make sure window seals fit tightly. Check in cupboards and under seats.

Spend 15 quid on a basic damp meter. Poke it in at the top, middle and bottom of every wall in the van, behind beds, up in top cupboards etc.

Ask to see it hooked up and gas working etc when viewing.

Check tyres for signs of bulges and cracking.

Get on the ground and have a good look under for any obvious damage or loose wind down legs
