Hi, Max's is a wonderful little haven built by the owner of the main campsite it adjoins, built as a naturist retreat for himself and selected friends. With his passing it became an independently marketed naturist getaway with just a small number of camping pitches and on-site accomodations available if you don't own a tent or motorhome. It's a small, quirky and charming spot ideal for a weekends camp - complete with a in poly grow-tunnel tent housing a small indoor swimming pool, a sauna and hot tub! Very good pub just a short walk away too. This is a naturist site, not a swinging resort, although on the right weekend meeting the right people anything can happen (eleven of us were in that tub one night) ha. |

What a lovely place, staff are very friendly and welcoming, other visitors very friendly too.
A little oasis of calm, small cool pool, hot tub and sauna. Some sun loungers but may be worth taking one with you in case it’s busy
Haughty recommended for a relaxing time whether staying on site or visiting for the day |
