We are holding out annual camping weekend event on the 15th 16th of July this year . We open up at 12 noon to start pitching tents and caravans motorhomes. We don't have hook ups on the main feild. There will be plenty of space and overflow hard standing pitches. The club will be open from 8 pm both Friday and Saturday night booking is made through the email and a link to the email and website is found on club reviews
So far we have a cocktail licensed bar . Hopefully hot food available just waiting on conformation.
There will be more information in the fab forums shortly 
As its a membership club these can be done over email or when you visit the club
These weekends have always been very popular so Get your names down early |

This year we have a cocktail bar,hog roast in the afternoon. Working on breakfast aswell and to all the budding musicians we are looking at putting a bit of a jam session on maybe open Mike as well as all the other activities. Going bigger and better the booking list goes live on Monday 21.3.22 |

Wow... considering the bookings only opened yesterday, we have had a huge response already.
Please be patient waiting for an answer, there's a lot to sort out and the admin team all have their own jobs to do as well. Everyone will get a reply just hang in there please. X |

So confirmed we have an outside cocktail licensed bar selling delicious drinks mixers and beers . We have breakfast baps in the mornings aswell as hot jackets on the Friday daytime. Hog roast Saturday daytime. Jam stage from some of the guests and staff playing open Mike or instruments to play alongside. A few naughty games. And the club will be open from 2 pm till 2.30 am both Friday and Saturday. And Sunday morning we have breakfast baps .. this one is going to be a weekend not to miss
Email the club to book a space let us know if your in a caravan camper or tenting .
Email address is on the club reviews page on fab.

We will be there but for unfortunately only one night due to our little munchkins!! We are unsure yet as to which night but will likely be the sat so can enjoy the chill out during the day too,hope this will be ok ??. X |

So this year is looking to be the busiest one yet !! We are going to try and get as many on the feild as we can. Don't think we will have the room for awnings folks but we are now booking the overspill concrete hard standing around the feild  those only coming for the Friday we shall put at the back so it's easier to get out |

Super excited even tho I have no idea how to get there, maps are useless and just takes me to a road. Hoping to see some caravan I can follow. For those who have done the camping weekend before do we just turn up and find a pitch or do we need to go in club and pay the rest off the money?
I’m a ridiculously organised person and not knowing is very stressful lol. |

When you arrive you'll be directed to check in where you can pay the balance. After that there's marshals about that will direct you.
If you put "Jaydees club" into your satnav it should bring you straight to the door. |

If y’all are approaching on little staughton road.
From little staughton, the club is on your right almost opposite the airfield entrance to your left.
If not.. the club is on your left and airfield on your right…. It really is that simple.
We found that searching the postcode MK44 2LD
Finding the airfield off little staughton road and then dropping a pin the opposite side of the road in what clearly must be the farm that Jaydees is situated.
Then save that to favourites in the sat nav.
We use ‘Waze’ sat nav app.
Please feel free to hit us up and I will send you a screen shot of the clubs position if that helps.. then you will always have it saved in your sat nav |

Lots off ice in the cool box and keep it out off the sun or tent if it’s really warm in there! We might pop to a shop and get more ice if needed on tha Saturday |

Ice or ice blocks on top of everything in the cool box…cold air descends hot air rises.
Also, if you can cover or wrap an insulating material around the cool box with make a huge difference.
I believe the club may be supplying ice when they can …watch this space.
Looking forward to catching up with you both…we all met this time four years ago at our first jaydees camping weekend.
It really wouldn’t be the same without you both.

Try filling and freezing several big 2Ltr water bottles for your coolbox - borrow an extra coolbox to fit more. When it's finally melted you'll have all the more drinking water too (which you'll need  ) Fridge chill everything the night before leaving and freeze any meat (assuming BBQ's allowed). |

We were, but now not due to getting covid last weekend. Doh. (Both getting NHS pings from Friday/Saturday - so anyone at same place/same time as us last weekend should test )
We did notify JD on Monday when we got +ve result, but not heard back at all - no idea if we get deposit back lol - but someone waiting for a campervan spot may now get one.
Hope the rest of you keep the lurgy away. |
