I have been here seen the 25th July and at the moment now the weather not looking pretty good for the last 5 days , Rain, Cloudy and Wendy but it seen to get brighting up and hope it get better in the week before I go home on the 20th August , I have no problems parking my Campervan here and had friends pop to see me while the weather not good , So I am parking up by the ferry road FRP6 gate and not many here , I be going to the beach afternoon when the sun out and the windy die down , And one leave message I don't read it at 9 pm

Anyone around today/this evening or later this week? Might head to the beach with partner at some point if the weather improves.

Car parks were rammed today so we were forced to park on Ferry Rd. Naturist part of the beach was pretty deserted though…

It can get pretty near capacity in the carpark by 10am, especially if it's a really hot day.

We were on the beach by 11am and the car parks were already turning people away. We just managed to pinch one of the last spots otherwise would have been forced to head home…

Park in ferry Road as near to fire point 6 as possible, which is the bus stop nearest the path to the naturist section thru the reserve. It's free and easy .must have parked there over a hundred times with no hassle, just stay outside the yellow line and all's good.no need for rip off prices in the car parks and they are not near the fun part of the beach anyway.

It’s a fair trek - and part of the track is/was fairly muddy. No problems for the intrepid though…

We were just there this week and I would say it is about 20 mins walk from that point. It’s all flat and shaded though. The path was very wet in places and there were some parts we just had to walk through and get wet feet
