Car prepped, gear sorted. Galloway forest oban mull and Ayr here we come... Hubby even made a rack for the exhaust manifold so we can try roasting spuds on our way up... 4 hours at 4000rpm sound about right?  |

What part of the galloway forest are you going too? I used too stay in Castle Douglas and know the galloway forest well. If you've got time try find the otter pool such a beautiful spot for sunbathing. Also bit of advice for Mull (i stay in Tobermory now) one of the boat are off so if your not booked on one. Id advise going via Lochaline saves sitting waiting. Enjoy the road trip |
