Fair looking forward to getting out in campervan and meeting up with friends old and new once the virus has gone
Whether it's somewhere close or far
I think it's going to be a very messy time aswell especially if the old camper friends have got owt to do with it
Roll on

Haha we was invited to a swing camp about 20 months ago and never looked back lol
At our first meet there was 30 couples some in tents some in campers/motorhomes and a couple in caravans and what a mad weekend it turned out to be lol
Since then we have been meeting up with them most weekends
Not every weekend has there been 30 of us some weekends theres only been 3 couples but we always have a great time regardless of how many come

"is there en ney camp sites open
We wouldn't have thought so just yet "
I thought I would be able to do some wild camping, but the guidelines say that even though we can drive as far as we want for how ever long, we have to return home that evening |

I wonder how they deal/treat people who live in vans all the time?
I have seen a few video blogs on youtube about it, looks like they are having to keep moving to different spots or find private land to stay on.
I dont see the issue in staying overnight if we adhere to the guidelines. I dont understand the rational in saying we can go where we like for how long, but dont stay overnight |

"Clearly it's all about this virus being spread into that area
"
But what i dont understand is, we can drive there...and stay there all day...just not overnight. If its about spreading the virus, why allow us to go there to start with.
Anyway..i dont mean to nag on about it...just frustrated and want to get out there and enjoy the camper |

Yes it's very frustrating but what can we do apart from sitting it out |

I think 2020 out the window to be honest " The irony is of course most units are self sufficant our motorhome has everything we need for a weekend away just needs food. Every licensed campsite has a 5 metre rule due to fire safety social distancing would not be a problem. |

Maybe not guys but just look at the amount of people waiting to get out in there campers motorhome tents etc it's going to be manic and you know what it's like once the old vino starts flowing all rules and social distancing with go out the window |

A busy campsite is no different from a busy supermarket. |
