what do you do to crave your fix when you cant ride??

nice few hours out on the bike i bet, some good roads out that way too 
sounds like your pretty switched on with the bikes an fix most of the problems yourselves...
im limited on tools myself an your only as good as the tools youve got
can you recommend a decent garage in bournemouth or poole???
i use this guy here an there but last 2 times i have the bike hasnt come bk the same oucchh |
