Depends what you're looking for? Cheap and cheerful? A little more comfortable? No budget?
Camping, homestay or hotels in that order. If you book now you may be able to find hotels, but they will cost a premium unfortunately.
Honestly is a good option. Air bnb style, but backed by the IoM government, so proper checks etc carried out. That's normally £30-40 per night.
